These workshops strengthens their capacity to identify risk factors, understand the landscape of youth violence, and apply trauma-informed approaches when working with young people. Delivered by experienced youth practitioners, The Ripple Effect is a space for critical dialogue, practical learning, and community-led action that aims to interrupt the cycle of harm and build safer futures.
